"Nothing aged then?" Astin asked thoughtfully, sure freshness was grand, but there was something to be said about aging as well.

"Think I have just the place in mind if that's the case." He said nodding mostly to himself.

"Well, there are dozens of other planets to try if not there though." He glanced at Floats trying to speak Wookie. "Seems like another option may be a better bet too."

He raised an eyebrow at tha, a smirk on his lips. "Never wise to drink on a empty stomach."

Astin took a few bites of his own salad, though it appeared it wasn't covered in Spranch. "Glad we both share the same idea of a good meal though. Seafood isnt bad, but it can't beat a steak."

"I don't speak wookie." Astin replied to Dove with a shrug, before glancing at Keeli.

"Well, that puts us to five again." More or less filled up the ship. "Guess we won't be needing a droid after all"

"I know a couple places that serve a good meal." Though it seemed like it was dinner and drinks though. "Should be able to work out something."

"If we get around to it."

"Well, most folk find salad greens a bit bland too, the liquid is there to add flavor." He glanced st the woman's salad.

"There are different dressings too, looks like you hot one of the more popular ones."

"Sounds like yours are meant to be a meal then." A not too appetizing meal at that, but who was he to be a judge. "Like this it's supposed to be eaten along side other things or as a starter." It held a similar position as soup a lot of times.

Astin may have tried to keep up drinking with Vaya, but he had a bar to run while Mia was trying hard not to Flirt with Dove, and there were others trying to keep pace with the Doctor. "Is that so, Miss Elanaru?" He replied an amused smile on his lips.

"Well, there are several different kinds of salads." Astin mused, taking a stab at his own. "Though now I'm curious what your salads back home are like."

"I suppose you're right about that." He didn't understand how some people listened to some music after all. "We're all a bit different even among our own species. I suppose it's what makes the galaxy interesting."

"If we were all the same it'd get a bit boring after all."

"Think I saw a few episodes when I was a kid." If it was what he was thinking of. "I trust it's every bit as bad as the title sounds?"

"Oh, I don't go commenting on a ladies age. On the outside she might be a fresh faced teenager, and on the inside some ancient spinster with a love of fuzzy animals." Astin offered with a shrug. It was time for Astin to shake his head. "Sadly not." Astin offered taking a sip of bourbon. "Things got rather complicated while you were away, and he has to face a punishment from his people."

"Not that such is the only reason he can't be here, but it more or less sealed the deal."

"Mmm." He nodded and stashed that knowledge away in case they ever made it out for drinks. "I can do spicy, not too fond of the overly sweet though. Like when folks fill their tea with sugar."

He repressed a shudder. "Not sure why anyone would do that."

"Just no half-birthday presents." Astin offered with a wry smile. He was going to have to figure out more of the ladies likes it seemed.

"I kinda like the idea of searching for treasure though, could be we can find something nice." Like thousands of credits worth of jewels.

"I like to go with luck myself." He didn't really trust that force stuff, especially from what he had seen from most of its users.

Looking down at his own cup he took a sip. "You like your drinks bitter then? Or are you simply after something that reflects your current temperament?"

"Well, to each their own. I hope you can find some butts to fill those seats you have at least." She'd likely need the help as the freighters tended into be heavily armed, but also big and slow.

"Seems we'll both have our hands full this evening though."

"That's the second reason I'm not flying against them, the freighter I'm on isn't mine alone and it'd be a terrible shame if she got shot full of holes a few weeks after we got her." "Seems I'll be playing dress up and visiting a moonbase." Astin replied with a small shrug. "Not much for space battles and all that, when it comes to piloting I'm better in an atmosphere."

"You stay safe up there though, tie fighters are dangerous ships." At least from what he heard.

"Underwater starship." The Coyote wasn't a boat, not even if it could go under the water. "As for what we can do. Hide for one thing." That was the first thing that came to mind.

That brought an amusee smile to his lips, and he took a sip of his tea. "I'm not too sure either, but if you find it please do let me know."

"Aye, with how unpredictable out current situation is, it's a bit silly to plan too far ahead." He shook his head.

"I mean in a weeks time we could be on opposite ends of the galaxy."

He nodded and mixed her up a whiskey sour, force people didn't seem like the drank much straight whiskey. "Here you are." He offered a few moments later, waiting for her to hold up a hand so he could place the drink in it.

Astin offered Ria'la a polite nod in return, downing the glass of whiskey he had been nursing and Turning to Verse.

"Could I get you a drink, Miss?" He asked, she looked a bit young, but he figured if you were fighting in a war you deserved to get drunk if you wanted to.
