In the long past there may have been a temple or even city but now it is dangerous region controlled by a techno-primitive tribe of xenophobic sentient beings of varying species calling themselves the Aznuri.

The sky villages of the Aznuri and their lands are shrouded in darkness and are dangerous places for outsiders but not deadly. If one comes with respect and not arrogance they can win the friendship of the Aznuri or at least their tolerance for a place to rest and resupply before going on their way away from their lands. The Aznuri are broken out into various tribes which change with the seasons.

OOC: The rarity cap is 2 and there is no black market to speak of in this region.
