Settling in to a console in the library, he scowled at the screen, trying once again to find subtle weak points where resistance could do damage - soften up Imperial control, disrupt supply lines, and perhaps even steal equipment outright.
Shipping tables, delivery schedules, utility bills, all these things scrolled past him in a nauseating array of numbers.

OOC: Not sure where he is doing this research, but he finds some targets he can pass on to the Resistance or whoever.

(OOC, sorry, was looking in library for publicly available information - budgets, municipal permits, boring paperwork stuff that might indicate where things are, how much power they use, etc)
