After (hopefully) convincing the Bone King to let them look for salvage, the team set off into the Shattered Graveyards. It was aptly named. Occasionally they saw a Bone Picker in the distance, but no-one gave them any trouble.
In amongst all of the chaos they managed to find the remains of a mostly undisturbed freighter. The markings had worn off over time but the inside was reasonably intact. It had an assortment of salvageable high quality parts l.
"Oh, this is interesting. I wonder how it was missed, but then this place is vast..."

"I guess you could take apart just about anything," Mia said, carrying heaps of materials, "Makes me wonder if these sorts of ships could be easily put back together, you know? Then we'd have a whole fleet to work with."

Xanna tapped her lip before nodding. "Most are long past that point, but... If there was enough time it might be possible to get a few flying again. I expect that the King has already rounded up all of the best ones that were easily repairable."
There were some really good pieces here. She placed the smaller ones into her backpack and carried the others.
"We are going to need a fleet eventually. To take on the Empire."

"That's what I was getting at," Mia said, "I think we should try to gather up funds and buy out that Joe guy for a speeder force. We can't all be running around on foot."

"Hmm. That...is a really good idea." It was a big planet after all. "I have not yet met this Joe. I do hear that she has the best prices on Bankor though."
Spotting a useful piece she pulled her tools out. "Not that I am much of a pilot." Not yet anyway.

"We need that and munitions. I spoke with Ru'ni and he said he might be able to convince his people to stockpile them in the forest until it's time.
"There's also the matter of the Holonet. I'm hoping Dove can get those codes but I'm wondering if you have any other ideas."

"Yes actually. If you are seeking codes you should speak to Bowse. He managed to tap into Imperial communications. I do not know how, but I think he would help."
She finished collecting the pieces and sat down for a moment. "If I can help then I will. Perhaps by talking to the right people. Let me know if you have ideas."

"I'm not necessarily looking for Imperial communications," Mia corrected, "I'm hoping to reach the general populace. I need the general Holonet Transport... Transceiver codes. Otherwise, they'll continue to control what people hear."

"Ah! Then you should speak to the reporter, Ria'la Tu'roth." He of the immaculate hair was what she immediately thought.
"He was the one who released the footage of the attack on the Aznuri Enclave. I saw him recording and he obviously has no love for the Imps."

"I already have! He's the one who suggested getting the codes. Now I just need to get them."

"I see. Well if the Imperials are smart they will control the access to those codes. But perhaps one of the crime lords could be persuaded to help?" She thought back to what Aerly used to do for obtaining sensitive information.
"Or perhaps you could find a slicer willing to help?"

"Well, I was thinking about taking advantage of Imperial trust to get close in. But I'm guessing they'll still need to be sliced into, huh?"

"Yes, I think so, but I am no computer expert. Perhaps if you have the codes you do not need to slice?" She shrugged. "I am sorry I cannot be of more help in this matter. I could ask around the Slums though? Find out if anyone has the skills you are looking for?" People spoke to her, perhaps that was the best option she had.

"Maybe. It'd help more to know how to do it on the computers rather than the physical barriers at this point."
