The Vrakul Trident is a beautiful luxury sea skimmer, with a large pool and three different bars throughout the craft. There are armed security in laminate armor working for a private security firm based out of Nar Shaddaa.

The Inquisitor adjusted his glove over his metallic arm, the incident at Camp-14 was not really his concern and he would put it aside and let 13th Sister take the blame for that debacle although the details were not fully clear to him. The Imperial shuttle departed quickly as the Inquisitor and his retinue made their way to the party proper and he said to his guest, “We should make an appearance before Tididol the Hutt, if only to remind the Hutts that they cannot act with impunity.”

Walking beside the Inquisitor, Dove looked every bit like the bombshell she was. Black sunshades to protect her eyes from the bright light out here, and a black wrap-around dress that had a loose and comfortable fit, with a sheer-like appearance that gave some glimpse of the white two-piece she wore underneath. For once her hair was down rather than done up in its usual ponytail.

"As you wish, sir," her red lips gave a warm smile.

The guests were a who’s who of the rich and powerful in the sector, mostly civilians they were quick to move aside for the menacing Inquisitor as he guided his plus onet through the throng. He said to Dove, “The mayor of Rygor, she’s an idiot, but a useful one and understands just how important the Hypermatter Foundry is to her community and the Empire. Don’t make eye contact.”

Across the way floating in her chair was a Hutt in all her glory. The Inquisitor said, “Tididol the Hutt, useful when she isn’t affected by her mind altering chemicals and stims, I will be glad when the Empire wipes out her loathsome species… these overgrown worms are a cancer.”

Image
Once in speaking range he gave a respectful head bow and said, “The Empire sends it’s warmest regards mighty Tididol, it is a pleasure to grace your presence.”

Tididol replied in Huttese, “Inquisitor, the pleasure is mine and who is this skinny creature… a female, I could have use of one of those in my pleasure barges, interested in a trade?”

The Inquisitor replied sharply, “No, she is not available.”

“Well there is a price for everything, tell me Arkanian, would you rather serve me and live in luxury or this Empire?” the Hutt retorted in Huttese with a laugh that made her whole body shake.

Dove listened as he filled her in on the details of the people there, in her own way she was taking note of the situation and the who.

As they stood before the Hutt, she gave a bit more of a bow than the Inquisitor did. "I serve my lord the Inquisitor, mighty Hutt."

Tididol grinned and then said, “You serve him?”

She laughed making her body shake once more and said, “I am sure he has many personal needs that you attend to, I applaud you on you-”

The Inquisitor said firmly, “You forget yourself, Hutt. This Agent of the Empire works for me we do not have some licentious affair. Spout such venom to your cronies worm but know who you speak to and at whose pleasure you are allowed to operate.”

The Hutt raised her hands and said, “My apologies.”

He said to Dove, “We are done here, shall we?” He then offered his metallic arm to the woman.

Jabber presents his ticket to the taker, trying his best to ignore how out of place a Jawa is.

Well, if the plan works, I won't look out of place for too long.

He resists the urge to turn his head to try to find the others, knowing that would just alert attention to himself.

A Mandalorian relaxing with some Hutt goons not affiliated with Tididol noticed the jawa and approached and said, “You… I am pretty sure I seen you somewhere before.”

Making her way about those joined on the boat Jax blended into the throngs of guests, wearing a little something along to entertain the idea of being somebody. Walking with a drink in hand she avoided, the second she realized Tididol was here, getting anywhere nearby for the time. Instead, she needed to play her cards right, and hid her face with a drink from her glass as she casually turned toward another avenue through the crowd.

In her hand bag, the few tools she thought might be useful on the job, placed away in a compartment while she pretended to mingle with the other guests. Was only a matter of getting everyone in position.

She gave a brief bit haughty smirk in the direction of the Hutt and accepted the offered arm, the smirk becoming more of a confident smile.

"My, how chivalrous," Dove remarked as they stepped away from the Hutt.

"Possibly. If you've been visiting with Her Eminence." Jabber feels a shudder run down his spine at the bounty hunter, realizing exactly why the Mando might recognize him. "I've been the scutwork pledge of late. I owed her a favor, and she was amused by sending me every which way."

Jabber drops his voice. "The last one had me bobbing for dear life in a Cram Berry bog, water over my head, swarming with spiders. Don't...get on her bad side. Or owe her more than you can pay." Jabber offers a real shudder, hoping his explanation gives cover as to why.

“Pretty sure I saw a price on your head little jawa,” he said casually to Jabber. His free hand patting his blaster as he added, “So am I wrong or is it payday?”

Venator is there as security staff. After seeing some of the VIPs he will find someplace quiet where he can be alone and report in to the others. He waits till after the little scuffle that the Jawa seems to be in.

"Mind yer does. Inquisidor and Hudd ad dis dance." He reports quietly on his commlink.

Then he goes back to standing guard and doing patrols.

“I am a gentleman and I do not handle crass insinuations well,” he said to her as he guided her up some steps past a jawa speaking with a Mandalorian.

“I know you do not need a defender, but I suppose I am a bit old-fashioned in that regard. Any more of that worm’s tongue and I would have had to cut her gut open, and frankly we don’t need that kind of scene,” he said pausing to look at the distant coastline.

“Your ensemble is impressive, Dove, Dove Gray.”

The dress was black, sleek and killer… Lyla understood that every setting had a uniform and this called for something that drew the line to her fit form and muscled legs. Her original mission was to get information so here she was.

Step One, look amazing. Check.

Step Two, blend in… and she found someone and said to the woman trying to hide her face, “Salia, Salia is that you… oh my I have not seen you since the party on Dantooine…”

Nailed it.

'lo and behold the nemoidian arrived...but without quite the fanfare. He was there in an appropriate garnement and wearing a nice pair of shades hoping people would confuse him with a duros since most people pretty much only could tell the difference between the cousins species through their different pupils.

He remembered enough of high society to feign mingling adquately. He did not mind looking around for the other members of the operation as there always was many gawkers in such events.

That way he spotted Tdidol from afar

Shit

Then there was Jabber.

I hope there is no problem there

Not prefering to take chanced he moved a bit closer, if only to be in a position to jump in if needed...and then he saw the sniper.

This keeps getting better

"It's a nice change of pace. A poor hard-working gal gets used to such slimey remarked," she sighed wistfully over her lot in life. "You don't know how hard it can be, being a woman looking the way I do." She leaned against the railing in a way that showed off her long legs and inviting figure.

And of course, Dove favored him with a smile. "I'm glad it's to your liking. I couldn't resist the temptation of wearing swimwear when you mentioned it. It's not often a gal in Rygor gets to enjoy fancy swimming pools."

A clean set of Vaya's normal workaday clothes, plus a few minor accessories, upgraded her outfit from "entirely forgettable laborer" to "entirely forgettable lackey." A small cap kept her antennapalps from betraying her, even if she forgot and let them drift above her hair. She had entered besides Jax, appearing to the door guards as her assistant, but in practice, she could lurk in any important-looking person's blind spot and everyone would assume that she was their assistant. She used this to unobtrusively walk the boat fore to aft, spotting where the crowds tended to bunch, the guards stood, and the electronic security measures seemed to be.

The scene wipes left-to-right, like a rewinding tape, flashing back to the last round of planning the night before!
Crime movie style flashback! wrote:Vaya and the rest of the crew stood around a small table, a holoprojector showing a crude map of the boat. "Fun fact," she said. "This Nal Hutta outfit probably hires a lot of Hutt client species -- Klatoonians, Nikto, Weequay. They don't always get along, so keep that in mind if you have to deal with any of them."

No floating Triumph for us, alas. 2 advantage to hand a boost to the first not-me roller, and one to notice Dove. Also, I realized I should have also eaten one of the Destiny flips. Already failed, oops...
Taking her own advice, she murmured something to an aesthetically bare-chested white-gray Gluss'sa'Nikto that implied the Weequay outside the portside bar were somehow deficient in their duties. As she turned to the wide aft deck that held the pool, she almost did a double-take. Her antennapalps twitched against the inside of her cap. Is that... the lady that lives down the hall? Petrus' friend?

And
WHO the kriffing hell is she with?

His mechanical hand instinctively moved to comfort her shoulder as he said, “You are a vision, I cannot say which distracts me more this incredible view or your presence.”

He then added wryly, “This may be a detriment to our mission… my mission at least.”

Walking away she found herself with another woman at the other end of her glass. Surprising her a little she tried not to accidentally drown herself in the alcoholic whatever it was, geeze she hoped it was just alcoholic. Maybe she should have checked. Holding back from a sputtering cough she delicately pulled the glass back, pulling herself together, and threw on the fakest smile in the world. Parties, they made it easy. No one here was really happy to see anyone.

After a pause, "Sarana, actually! Though I think I haven't attended any parties on Dantooine lately... Maybe Alderaan? Perhaps?" she slid her drink delicately down to her side in a gentle hold. Real professional party goer move.

While they were yet close Jenna offered the move full facial wink in the world, acting like the cattiest girl she could imagine, and then leaned back to a more conversational spot, she hated herself in that moment. With a larger than life, "Oh my, yes! I remember you now! Oh how you have been~ Look at-chu!" she felt her skin crawl.

"I'm so glad you like it! I actually found it here, on Bankor, I like to make a statement by wearing something from a local artisan, and this one I found in a little shop right out there," she actively pointed back toward the city, "in uh, the Silver Bazaar or something or another," she laughed, a horrendous little laugh.

Every fiber of her being wanted to throw herself off the balcony, which probably meant it was working. Maybe.

“Ugh, you are so far ahead of me,” she said and made her way to the upstairs bar, “I have to catch up.”

Are you kidding me… my target is here too, she thought. Maybe this could present an opportunity as she glanced over her shoulder and said, “Come on… we need more drinks if we are going to survive this party.”
