Last One Out, Shut the Lights [Day 10, Late Afternoon]

Having come back again, in the wake of the day and the relief permeating every room and conversation. For a first time in a long time everyone could breath a bit. Jenna made her way back to the home in the farmlands. Back here because she was sure that they would be moving on, the Karaths and their family. Some other distant place, a new adventure, a new wonderful life.
Yet, this farm was still the reminded of another dream. Another life that she wondered after often. One where her and her brother could just escape the Empire, hide away and live a good live. Maybe.. maybe that dream is different now but it didn't have to be gone forever. For now they weren't going to hide away anymore. What this dream could be now is some years off yet, a place to come back and a home to build when this was all over but that meant she was going to have to leave this farmstead alone once more.
Coming back she sought to prepare the place for that eventuality, she'd spent many hours cleaning it and making it livable again. It would have been a shame if she left it all to go to waste. Maybe.. maybe it might mean the same to someone else before it went to disrepair.
Was worth the effort, was worth the shot.
