Shadows of Bankor

The slums are on the edge of the city and are the border between the urban center and the bone parched desert. Crime is high and the people are desperate and packed in tight. Gang warfare is a daily occurrence and the Imperials have tried to bring order but lack the numbers to fully police and secure the region. This makes it a fertile enclave for the Resistance for now.
