Today had been lucky, tomorrow might not be. Verse was pretty sure the worst was still to come, so she set out to start on improving her lightsaber. It was going to take more than a couple of hours to get it to where she wanted it to be, but you had to start somewhere... so she went to work on the custom grip. The very one that had given the 13th sister a bit of headache when she tried to use her saber against Verse.

She started the process of filing it down at some of the edges, welding on some additional surfaces to give it even better grip. Eventually, she'd end up with something that was going to be as close to perfect as it could possibly get.
