[D4 EM] Taking down the wall

Dak heard the people of the slums put out a bounty on someone named The Wall. Dak figured he could make a little credits and take out someone who was by all accounts a bad guy.
Dak went to the targets last known location and began asking around looking for his mark.

Djanik had found himself wandering the streets as well - looking for two things.
A new diner, after his previous favorite had been closed for renovation following Imperial attentions, and also a man called the wall. If the people called, even he could listen.
So he kept his metaphorical ear to the ground, and prowled, followed by only a single street child this time, a young pantoran girl in her early teens, who hummed crude songs from the cantinas and tinkered with a half functional datapad whenever he stopped.

The good news.
People talked to Djanik.
The bad news.
They talked to him really overtly.
Anybody wanna talk about walls?:

They do talk to him and then a speeder pulls up and a group of armed toughs of human and twi'lek stock get out brandishing blaster files and blades. They approach some shopkeeps and have some not so friendly conversations.

Dak saw the Speeders and the thugs and shook his head, he approached the Pantoran "If you're going to hunt bounties you should know to do it without endangering you're information sources. You new to this?" He asked with one raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, you could say that."
Djanik scowled.
"I didn't ask them to be so loud about it."
He glanced between Scrap, who just shrugged, and the 'negotiations' happening down the way.
It wouldn't be a good idea to get into a gunfight, but he hated just standing by.
"This guy gave Scrap's gang some trouble the other day, hurt some of the kids..."
Looking at the cathar directly, he added, "I'd guess you aren't new to this."

"Nope been hunting bounties for the better part of 4 years." he looked at Scrap "This ain't really the kind of thing you bring a kid to, even one that thinks their a street tough. This is a kill mission, things will get hairy more than likely."

"Right."
He sighed.
"I was mostly just trying to find the guy."
Glancing at the Cathar, he added, "I just want him to back off the locals, so if you want a hand, I think I might have a lead. Free of charge."

'Well the bounty the slums put out wants him on a slab and that's all their paying for. Go ahead I could use a tip, I dont know where the guy hangs out."

"Right."
Djanik glanced at the toughs, and turned away, adding, "I'm also willing to help you deal with him, because he seems to almost never leave his favorite bar - the Trash Pit, which sounds fitting."
Giving Scrap a little push, to keep her from giving the toughs mean stares, he added, "It sounds like the sort of place you wouldn't want to go alone."

Dak nodded with a smile "hey I wont say no to having someone watch my back, but if I get to do this the way I want I'll never have to enter that pit." He said talking casually if a little quiet so the thugs didnt overhear.
With that he set off toward The Trash Pit, his goal was mainly to do recon and scout out the location, identifying the wall and looking for possible vulnerability. If he was lucky the wall would be by a window or something of the sort.

He got himself pretty lost and when he saw some dancers… well he assumed they were dancers by their outfits walk down some steps to a door below ground level and one even mentioned how they had a long shift at the Trash Pit.
There don’t seem to be any windows and there are several vehicles and people outside. It’s a very rough neighborhood.
The door man is a pretty buff male twi’lek.

Djanik tagged along.
Sort of.
He went window shopping in a path that happened to, roughly, mirror that of the cathar.
Unfortunately, he didn't make it a habit to go to places like that, and after a while he started to look a bit out of place, window shopping at bad alcohol shops.
It seemed he was no help finding the place.
streetwise at average this time!:

Dak wanted to case the building quickly walk around it a bit and see if there were multiple points of entry and more importantly exit. But he didnt want to look obvious about it

OOC: No external entries but the building built on top of the Trash Pit looked like very low rent housing. Could be access in there... maybe.

Djanik glanced at Scrap, as they finally caught up, and muttered, "Ok kid, you've had your fun so far. I don't want you getting caught up in this."
She tended not to listen to him, but something about his tone made her pause. His expression, normally that lopsided smile, was very grim.
"Fine, but don't get shot, nerf, you owe me a trip to the swoop races still!"
Slipping away toward the (slightly) more reputable parts of the slums, she cast only one backward glance, concerned, before vanishing into the crowd.
Then Djanik began his own trip around the joint, taking in the security, trying to gauge how many there might be, and how heavily armed, along with whether the club would intersect with the access ways under the city - utility access tunnels.

Dak decided to try and see if there was an entrance into the pit via the building above it. Low rent housing luckily had little to no security.

Drug addled squatters were sitting around an access hatch, looks like it was added after the building was built. It might get them inside but Maker knows where.

"No idea, it's locked, probably though... man you got any spice?" she said scratching at her arms.
