"What?" Xanna watched incredulous as the Zabrak held up the arch with his bare hands. "Quickly, get some of those struts over here to help take the weight." She guided the locals to a pile of materials that might do the trick.
"And I thought that was muscle Daunt. Are you sure you are not part machine?"

"You can examine me later if the curiosity remains." Daunt grinned, though beads of sweat had already started pearling on his bald head. "Hope the evacuation is going good because I can't exactly look behind right now." He waited for the impromptu beams to be erected.

She gave a short laugh and started directing the squad of assorted slummers to build a support. Pulling out her tool kit she started working on securing the impromptu structure.
"And how long have you been standing here? It seems that you have saved a great many people Daunt. Thank you."

"I was around, so why not." He wanted to shrug but it was difficult for a while more. "A while. I am bad at measuring time."

"Locks broken," Jenna said, caming back from her little assignment. After the earthquake hit Jenna's first thought was to meet up with Xanna again, after all, if anyone knew how she could be of best help it would be Xanna. So, she set out on a task to get a few locked up doors with much needed supplies after the earthquake. In the chaos many of the access codes and keys have gone missing, as is often the case when the earth quite literally moves beneath ones feet. However, Jenna was always the type to go to when you needed to get into, or out of, a sticky situation.
Unfortunately, her skills for circumventing problems didn't always have happy endings and in this case the supplies just had to sit behind barriers that would have to remain closed until another solution presented itself.

"That is okay Jenna, let us get our friendly Zabrak out of his predicament and then we can worry about those supplies." The support struts were taking shape.
In the old days she would have simply used the universal lock opener to get into those storage units, but this was the strange new world of the Galactic Empire. "It was a good idea though. We will just make do for the time being."

"Right, how can I- oh, right," she said, having apparently been so focused she'd not even realized the poor Zabrak's predicament. Though, perhaps, poor wasn't exactly the proper term. Taking the moment to process the immediate thought that naturally surface finding him of all people in this predicament she got to work quickly. Being an extra set of hands for Xanna how she needed them, keeping things properly in line or shifting through tight or awkward spaces to make sure that the securing points were fastened properly, nimble as she was.
"Shame," she said, while working, "door wasn't built up to be hit by a quake like that. Wasn't too surprised when it didn't budge but," she shrugged, "thought I woulda been able to figure something out in the meantime to get it functional enough to at least open a bit. That or pry it open somehow."

"Predicament? I can just drop it. Don't treat me as if I am the one in need of help." Daunt scoffed.

"Okay, we are almost ready." She checked the work and nodded. "You can step out now Daunt. This will take the weight."
Looking at Jenna she nodded. "We can come back later with more tools and see if we can get that door open." Maybe when no-one wa looking.

"Just say the word," she said with a roguish grin she hadn't worn in a while, felt good wearing it again.

Daunt stepped out without further ado. "I got hungry."

"Later then Jenna, we will get those supplies one way or another." They would figure something out.
Xanna gave Daunt an appraising look. "Well, lucky for you a kind friend of mine has been keeping my kitchen stocked full of meat. So there is plenty of food for a heroic Zabrak to feast upon." She looked around at the team. "I expect everyone could do with a good meal?"

"Who's been keeping you stocked on meat?" she raised a brow, "Not an easy thing to come by, least not for the prices you're charging, and, yea, 'course, always. Would make room for more of your cooking if I had to."

"I wouldn't possibly know who." Daunt grinned. "Let's go and feast upon."
