Figured we'd need one of this. I'd like a spot in the thread but figure we should coordinate a little.

I'm not big on combat, and I already did a heist today. I can join if we need numbers though.

I haven't done anything today aside from the general battle. Sacha would probably want to help out here. She's not amazing in combat, but she's pretty dang tanky with good armor that is now Cortosised, and she has certainly held her own in the past. She's down 5, but she can stim that.

We could certainly use a tank as Dak goes down in one or maybe two hits.

Sacha can also hit that control panel to shut down the shields no problem.

If I could get some pre-event healing, I could be decent in this perhaps. You might know me from my previous works, such as attacking the inquisitor. Attacking the inquisitor again. And then attacking another inquisitor. And then attacking that inquisitor again.

Unfortunately Dapper has ruled no healing until after the MN events.

Yup. We're pretty much limited to stims on hand.

I would like to go but Venator is still hurting bad. So good luck guys. Will be cheering on the sidelines for you.

My healing need was/is prior to the events, so that doesn't really apply for Verse; she took no damage in the free-for-all event.

Ru'ni is best at splattering squads of troopers.

I'll definitely need any pc slot that goes behind bad guys or I'll get knocked out by a stiff breeze.

I'm just hoping that if we can't shoot the squads near the controls, they can't shoot at us too.

Otherwise 7 on 4 is not good math.

There is a control panel, at long range, that can be sabotaged with a Hard mechanics or Computers check and a setback due to security, to disable the shields.

I assume that's not following the mysterious "door rule" of star wars? We can't just blow it up?

I mean you can you just won't shut down the shields.

I'll handle the shields. Mechanics is my raison d'etre. I just need to be able to get over there and do the thing. Part of that will probably hinge on Ru'ni blowing peeps up.

I think it might be best to prioritize getting those shut down over the stormtroopers if we can.

It is the goal, clearing out the troopers just lowers the chance of us dying getting it done. If Sacha just wants to dash to the consel turn one double maneuver towards it shoot stuff next turn double move hopefully succeed the check.

If she makes a mad dash for it, I imagine the troopers will probably concentrate fire.

We need to make sure she survives as I don't like the chances of the rest of us disabling that generator.

I was thinking more give you guys the opportunity to draw some attention and maybe pick off a few people or groups before she does any dashing anywhere.

If it's looking like they're going to wipe the floor utterly with us, she'll make a break for it.

Yeah most effective strategy will likely be clearing out the minion groups fast and then getting to the console fast.

If need be, Djanik can join - I guess?
