Stopping by the Golden Markets, Jenna went about further business, the usual business. Setting herself up at a stall she ordered the usual, as usual, and glanced around at the people who had no idea what was coming but the tension was still in the air. Maybe it was just here. Regardless, right now, all she cared about was some good (but not for you) street food to wash away both life concerns, and hunger.

Realization hit her like a wave crashing against the shore, Jax she hadn't realized how long again, it'd been, that she'd heard someone call her that. Ever since Vandil dropped it, using her real name that one time, she'd almost forgotten the double life. How it'd just become her life.

Surprised to see you again, I'll admit, didn't see you come around anymore. Figured you pulled one of those age-old, do the work and then go home, deals. Keeping yourself together well?"

"Just came to enjoy the food here, one last time at least. Always used to, for the last few years at least. When I lived over that way," she indicated the general direction of the slums.

"Nothing dangerous or risky about it though, I'm just another worker under the Imperial authority," she said, leaving the hint as simple as that.
