Moontalk (D6 ME)

There was so much to digest, perhaps more than any of them could. A secret jedi temple! The Sixth were real! A hologram ancient master and a real very old woman who was not a jedi but a child of sith and jedi?
Qareme couldn't digest it alone, and without easy access to communication wasn't able to speak with others. She decided there was one that not only needed to know, but would be able to guide her thoughts. So, she spent the credits and travelled most of the way by speeder, making the final journey to Master Hin's Cabin by foot.
She approached, unsure if the master would be there, but trusting in the Force entirely.

He was meditating by the lake.

The large Zabrak approached, her walking stick would give away her arrival, but she knew the master would be aware of her far before she reached him.
She bowed respectfully, before sitting down nearby. Not interrupting his meditation until he was ready to address her.

"You had an interesting day," he said calmly.

Huffing and puffing and yelling as she caught up to Qareme, Verse might've ruined whatever Zen Oraka still had left from his meditation. Then again, he was a master, so maybe not.
"Heeey! Wait up for me! I said hey! Waaait fooor meeee! Hey! Oh I'm here... and you're here, sorry Master Hin. Why didn't you wait for me Qareme? I mean did you *see* that lizard? You could've waited a bit to let me look at it some more."

"You had an interesting day," he said calmly.
"I believe interesting is not quite an accurate enough word, Master Hin" Qareme replied, as Verse came running.
"Forgive me Verse, however I felt this was a more important moment."
She turned back to Oraka, added "how much have you seen already Master Hin, or would you prefer me to retell the tale."

"Seen nothing, I just feel your excitement. I'm listening Qareme," he said.
"And yes Verse it is an interesting lizard."

It took Qareme a moment to reply. Was she truly excited? That was an unusual state of being for her.
"My apology for my assumption, Master. We have been investigating rumours of a Jedi temple located on the Moon Orlandis. From the investigation, we discovered the rumours were accurate, and have not only located the temple but entered it today. It is still fully functioning, watched over by an Holocron of Jedi Master Surro created by Jedi Grand Master Zyn."
There was a pause there, letting the master digest that before she added "it is a temple for the Sixth Line Jedi. Were you are that it was there, Master Hin?"

"I had no idea such a place existed, yet it seems to make sense," he said honestly.

She was being talked down to, but Verse didn't care. She'd seen a cool lizard. Also the other thing, of course.
"Don't forget about a certain someone's mom we found there."

"One thing at a time Verse" Qareme looked to Verse, before turning back to Oraka.
"I was once told the sixth were a myth, so it was a surprise to discover a fully functioning Jedi temple. If you would come with, I believe it would be of benefit to all. As Verse said, we also met with Lucinia Malvik, who is the mother of Liua and the guardian of the temple."

"Interesting, then yes I should see this," Oraka agreed. "Verse what made this lizard so interesting, to you?"

"Oh, I mean, just the way it looked, and was hanging out and wasn't freaked out by me looking at it from up close. Maybe because it had the same color as me so it thought I was just a bigger lizard. But also it reminded me of stuff from a long time ago and I wanted to, I mean..."
Her excitement faltered for a bit.
"...I mean..."
And then she started getting it back a bit. "...it made me think I wasn't crazy after all."
She looked between Orake and Qareme. "But that other stuff is maybe more important right now."
But then, other stuff was always more important than her stuff.
No, don't think like that!

Talking about a lizard was strange. Qareme was bringing up a significant find and...
There is a reason for it.
She turned to look at Verse.
"You are not crazy, Verse. I cannot say I understand your excitable nature, but that is who you are and it is an important part of your identity. Forgive me for leaving you behind, my thoughts were elsewhere" she lowered her head in apology to Verse "it was extremely rude of me."

Oraka just waited for the two young Jedi to settle this.

"It's okay," she said, "I know I'm not crazy. I thought I might be when Holosurro said there were no records of Auratera, but... well, never mind."
She clapped her hands together once, "Temple! Exciting stuff!"

"May I inquire as to the importance of Auratera to you?" Qareme said, studying the other Padawan.

Oraka would have asked, but saw he need not do so and instead sensed the interesting lizard, it was spectacular.
Oraka said to Qareme, "I should visit this Temple, is that your intent?"

"You've heard of it?" Verse lit up, apparently forgetting she'd just mentioned the name two seconds earlier. "It's where I was born, I think. I remember living there with my parents, I mean not my real parents since they were human. But, it's not on any starcharts or anything, and nobody seems to have heard about it. Which is odd, but I know it's a real place. And I think it's a place of the Light."

"And you wish to find it, so you can return to it?" Qareme asked, nodding as she turned to Oraka.
"I intend to return, and I believe it would be good for you to join us. Lucinia would like Liua to go there as well, so she can meet her daughter again. However I believe I lack the education to know more about the Sixth beyond them mainly being a group that used more unusual Jedi tactics, which concerns me. What can you tell us about the Sixth, Master?"

"I know as much as you do," he admitted.
"There have been deviations from Jedi doctrine in the past, but this is new to me as well." He stood and added, "Seems we will learn together."

"No. I mean yes, but not permanently," she said in answer to Qareme's question. "I thought it was important. I mean it is, but not right now I guess."
Then talk went to the Sixth Line. "If they were Jedi, they can't have been that bad, right?"

"If it is important to you Verse, then it is important to me as well. I would assist, if you wished it" Qareme offered to her friend with a small smile before turning back to Oraka.
"So it is unknown even to you Master? This is surprising, however I believe they do not offer training to Padawans so it is not available to us. As much as I would welcome the chance to learn."
