Astin had to admit he was more then a little bit bored, there weren't a huge amount of people to flirt with at this base and those that were seemed to be taken or Jedi. Neither of which Astin was interested in, jealous boyfriends weren't his thing, and well Floats had told him enough for him to recognize that Jedi were simply not the type if people you slept with. To relieve his boredom he'd made himself a short course around some of the nearby island, and was timing himself on runs while keeping an eye open for scrap to make a grill shack with.
Sadly flying by on a fast speeder didn't lend itself to search efforts.
