Qareme knew what was coming. Vader was too strong for her as she was now. However, she was not afraid. Qareme stood tall, towering over Vader, and said simply.

"I am not afraid of you. You will fail."

Although she couldn't influence Vader, she could try distract him long enough for the others to get away. There was no fear as Vader struck at her.

The Light Side flowed around her, guiding her movements; she was the river flowing over the rocks. But the Sith was a very big rock.

Yusandr and her team finally got the last bulkhead open and she saw the carnage and grimaced and then ordered her agents to fire forcing Vader back only a moment as he reflected the bolts many going back towards their targets with lethal results!

She then knelt and put the missile tube to her shoulder, braced and fired!

Lord Vader ripped some of the wall paneling and used it as a shield for the blast as her people ran to grab those that were still breathing… they had paid a terrible cost but they had somehow survived.

Yusandr motioned for them to flee, the Force was with them… it was really with them.
