[Day 1 - MM] Desert Dervish Dancing (Event)

[Dove Gray]

"Lovely-locks," Dove gave a wave to Ria'la when he had a moment. "Are you going to be taking care of Sexy Trooper over there?"

[Ria'la Tu'roth]

After watching his indignant camdroid roll over to the other, bulkier, camdroid and bounce off, he turned to Dove.

"I'm not sure. As much as I like his company, it's a bit early to be sure of a change of heart don't you think?"

A couple of metallic clangs from behind him and Ria'la rolled his eyes.

"It's worse than having children dealing with you two! Calm down before I trade you both in for a gonk!"

[Dapper Dog]

The soldier in question was still bound eyes closed.

[Dove Gray]

"Probably, though you two seem to hit it off well enough."

She shot an amused look to the droids' antics.

"We need to find out everything about the camp though. If we're gonna get people out of there, we need intel..." and planning, and gear. Lots of that. Though Weggs had already claimed the vehicle, so perhaps they could also let her hide the armor and weapons.

[Dapper Dog]

He broke the silence, "I can hear you, and I am not sure I agree, but at least he didn't try to kill me so he gets points there."

[Dove Gray]

"I know you can hear me, handsome," she gave him a wave. "And the info in your pretty noggin' is going to help save a lot of lives. Hopefully. Thank you for your cooperation."

[Ria'la Tu'roth]

"Oh he's saying the right things, but then I would too if I were outnumbered this badly and in restraints. We shouldn't dismiss how well they indoctrinate their 'troopers. Not like I have the force to stop him if he decides he prefers white laminate to civilian clothes."

He looked across at handsome.

"Also we don't know how recognisable he will be to the Imps. They can't wear those helmets all the time. Or at least I don't think you wear them all the time."

[Dove Gray]

"I am open to ideas for helping him lay low and also not putting him in danger. He's shown himself willing to work so far, after all," a brief smile, "so he's earned being treated with our respect for the time being."

They were supposed to be better than them, right? Dove wasn't too used to taking prisoners.

[Astin Denive]

"Could let soup kitchen take care of him." Astin mused before turning his eyes back to Weggs.

"Alrightv then Miss Weggs, we can meet up at your place for some greasy elbow time." His lips quirked into a smile. "I'll be on my best behavior too don't you worry."

[Dapper Dog]

"I am open to ideas for helping him lay low and also not putting him in danger. He's shown himself willing to work so far, after all," a brief smile, "so he's earned being treated with our respect for the time being."

He said to both of them, "I am better company when I am not... well in bondage."

[Ria'la Tu'roth]

"Well I'd happily let you go . . . " He winked. " . . . for now. Except I'm not in charge."

He turned to the rest of the skiff crew.

"Anyone object to us letting handsome out of the binders for a walk and stretch?"

[Dove Gray]

"Pity. I do like a man tied up," she mused with playful mirth in her tone. "But sure, I guess."

Dove was pretty confident that the guy didn't stand a chance against all of them.

[Dapper Dog]

The Resistance dumps the other storm troopers with some water and Yusandr shrugged giving her approval for freeing the last one. She does pat her blaster file as a reminder to the man.

[Qareme Torth]

Qareme had no objection to the man being untied. She didn't even open her eyes, content to just listen to the weird conversation at the front.

[Astin Denive]

"In my expeirence getting your hands untied is the first step in improving your situation and getting out of whatever mess you're in. But it seems like the rest of you are set on it so one vote aganist isn't gonna sway matters." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Still i think it's best we get him off this ship before we takes it to Weggs' place. So pick a place I can drop ya off." He paused. "That is, if that sounds good to everyone."

[Ru'ni Wayne]

Ru'ni, as one of the previous speakers for eliminating the target, kept an eye on the prisoner as well. His intel had proven good in helping Dove get the transport started, but how trustworthy he was when freed was another matter entirely.

[Astin Denive]

Seeing a man with a similar position as his, Astin turned his way. "Ru'ni wasn't it?" He asked after a moment. "I was a bit curious about something since I was out of it during the majority of this escape thing ."

"I saw the aftermath but I didn't see what happened, but looking at that dead kid with all the blaster burns I know some shooting happened and I can guess at a few things."

He nodded his chin at the trooper. "When this fellow and his friends came to check on us after the crash. I suspect they found a few of us free. Did they ask us to surrender or just start shooting?"

[Ru'ni Wayne]

Ru'ni just shook his head.

"shoot first, questions later, that was the order as far as I remember. There's a reason I didn't have many qualms in ending the survivors, seems they didn't have a problem giving it to us. "

[Astin Denive]

"More murderers then soldiers then." Astin nodded to himself. "Thanks, Ru'ni. Just wanted to make sure I knew what kind of fellow we were dealing with "

[Ru'ni Wayne]

"I'm not one to tar all people with the same brush, but whether he shot that girl or not, he was part of it. I don't know if he's given in to the evil we all harbour in our souls, but I don't think he fights it as hard as he should. I wouldn't trust him as far as Binky could throw him."

Ru'ni adds, referring to one of the cam droids he'd heard the newsie mention.

[Astin Denive]

"A good point." Astin agreed with a nod. "Ah well, I just wanted to know a few more of the details."

He glanced to the woman who looked like she was in charge. "So where to?"

[Sinnya]

"You can't exactly park this thing on Market Street in Rygor," Sinnya piped up. "But there are a few places at the edge of town where no one would notice it for an hour."

[Dapper Dog]

"A good point." Astin agreed with a nod. "Ah well, I just wanted to know a few more of the details."

He glanced to the woman who looked like she was in charge. "So where to?"

"We'll drop it off with Weggs, Imperials rarely go into the slums and no one will ask questions," Yusandr replied.

[Ru'ni Wayne]

"So, if we needed to reach out to you again," Ru'ni asked, his eyes settling on Yusandr and Weggs.

"How would we go about it? Would such approaches be welcome? I only ask because we might have stirred up a hornets nest of trouble today. We might need to watch out for each other."

[Dapper Dog]

"I got a secure comm link or just find my friend Mahon, he can always get me unless I am dead and Weggs... well just find me, I'll bring Weggs," she responded.
