"They are... Things with history require extra knowledge and care if the person working with them give any kind of damn."

They accepted it, nodding. Then they typed her own out and handed it over. "Let me know if I can help with anything as well."

[Elaranu]

Ela nodded and took it, "I wish I had a more clear cut goal like you do; I am only here on Bankor to seek opportunity. One day, I would like be able to design my own ships and not have to worry about credits. But for now, I have things to pay off and expenses to take care of. And no one wants to hire a fresh faced academy student to design their ships anyways. I only came to the library because my knowledge of customs amongst other species is... lacking. I was hoping learning more about the planet and its people would help me integrate better and not get into as much trouble, as it were."

The number had disappeared into one of her pockets as she spoke.

[Sacha Ordo]

"That makes sense... I imagine most of the clear-cut routes into that field are... military in nature," they observed.

[Elaranu]

"Right. And the Navy is not exactly lacking in that department, from what I understand. The rest of us are kind of in a slump, making do with old and repurposed YTs and so forth. The economy just is not as good as it used to be, in general."

[Sacha Ordo]

"... That's rough," they admitted. Despite the terseness, it sounded sincere.

[Elaranu]

"I will simply need to adapt, if the galaxy will not recognize my brilliance. Piloting, modding... maybe I could be a music critic. My friends back home always said I was good at finding things wrong with things."
