A dangerous icy region, there is little of here of apparent interest and the conditions are very dangerous for most sentient beings.

OOC: Suffer two setback due to the cold in this region. If without proper shelter one could die due to exposure if they are outdoors for more than two consecutive time slots, one time slot at night or during storms.
