His next words are beyond recovery as a flight of TIE Fighters screams overhead on a strafing run.

The feed cuts back to the studio, leaving a sense that the article has been ended early by frantic action in the broadcast room. The Twi'lek news anchor smiles blankly at the camera, obviously surprised to be back on.
"Ahh yes, that was Ria'la Tu'roth at the scene earlier today, but now we go to Tranter Dervrosh at the weather desk . . . "
