Djanik spun, suddenly on guard, before he realized who he was with.

"That'll take a lot of getting used to."

[Jabber]

"oooh, shiny!" Jabber's excitement can't be contained, and he is quiet for a moment.

"Hey, Djanik, this thing is a scout ship, right? Which means it has sensors, no? Maybe we can give her a drive by scan and see if there is a place to start next time. That might give us some good intel, and make sure this stuff gets where it's supposed to go."

[Bowze Coppa]

Bowze nodded ''I cannot fault you for those reflexes''

he knelt and moved pieces

''Yes it is a droideka...in pieces''

[Djanik]

"We can try, for certain."

Djanik strode over, giving the droid a long look over. The sight of one, even in chunks, was still a little unsettling.

"Those things were rolling death. I knew an LT, lost half a platoon to two of them."

[Bowze Coppa]

''Yes'' he glanced up and the ex-republic ''But rolling death is what the Empire needs to taste.''

[Djanik]

"True."

Shaking his head, he knelt, picking up one part, turning it over in his hands.

"Still gonna take getting used to."

[Vaya Mer'darrow]

''Guys...'' Bowze pointed in excitement at some large metal hunk ''...its...its...a droideka''

Vaya wasn't in shouting distance of the others when Bowze made his discovery, and so she heard his voice over a crackly comlink connection. Her immediate assumption was that the Neimoidian was going to suffer a swift and ironic death at the hands of a malfunctioning relic. Fortunately, the news was happier than that.

She listened to the veterans of either side of the Clone Wars talking with a distant amusement. She'd read plenty of historical pieces that emphasized the ability of old campaigners to reminisce at will, but she'd never seen it in person.

He began digging and moving Junk around ''Yup, lets excavate this and bring it on board''

"Yeah, if we can get it working..."

Djanik whistled.

"That'd be a boost."

[Jabber]

"Yeah, this is a real haul!" Jabber goes to assist digging the droid out, trying to survey how extensive the damage is.
