The vast black desert that make up the Dead Sands wastes are a lonely and desolate place only traversed by nomads and the brave. There is little else out here but if one wishes to be away from the civilized lands this is as a good a spot as any. Most days the temperatures are extreme, either heat during the day or cold at night.
