Daunt looked around, actually noticing familiar shapes of a Jawa and a Mandalorian. "There should be a VIP area somewhere around here, right, just like at the Nerf."

"Yup gotta buy a private dance to get back there. Theres a uh another way for me since I'm a bit credits light at the moment." Luckily for him his outfit was still in his backpack from his outing here yesterday.

He sees the target and several gangsters, he counter five or six, including a woman that seems to be in charge.

"Well, so much for a quick snatch and grab." Jabber muttered under his breath, following his dancer back to the private room.

Well, I can appreciate some of the finer things in life in the meanwhile. His eyes twinkled as he followed the Nautolan, taking a moment to appreciate her wares.

[Daunt]

"No problem, Dak, it's my treat today, if you can name the service like that." He looked at Lyla with a smirk. "Who would you like to dance for you?"

Dak looked about at the dancers and frowned his tail moving slowly back and forth "Yeah I'll pass would hate for you to waste credits but let's call a rain check for when we are at better venue." He said with a smirk as he went to duck into the changing room.

Lyla picked a dancer and started her way back and said over shoulder, "You coming grandmas?"

Daunt chose some near-human and joined Lyla quickly at the gate to the VIP area, somewhat bemused by Dak's disappearance, only to learn that...

...he had been paid for?

The duo go in back and pass by a room with gangsters and then the one with the jawa and then a free room.

Lyla said, "So now what happens?"

Dak changed into his outfit that he had used yesterday tight brown leather pants, a belt with binders on it, boots, a leather vest with no shirt underneath and a wide brim hat. He emerged back out and made his way into the VIP area looking every inch like a sexy bounty hunter. He looked at Daunt "Long story we can talk about it later."

Daunt looked Dak over, and stifled a laugh. "You're missing an acoustic guitar."

He then looked between him and Lyla.

"I am not a cantina rules veteran, but I guess we take the free room, buy an expensive drink and send it to the occupied room with a card where we state the intent to meet the boss." He seemed open to corrections of the course of action.

"I believe that route has the least chance of us getting shot." He said deadpan seeing the laughter in the Zabraks eyes. "If you feel so bold we could walk in and introduce ourselves. Comes with significantly more chance of blaster burns."

"I guess we can try the first one, and if it doesn't work, then we can try the second one."

There is a delay but eventually the curtain swings open while the dancer is giving Lyla a rather provocative lap experience.

The woman said coldly, "Not my brand, you have five minutes."

[Daunt]

Daunt rose to greet the woman, then moved straight to the point. "I am Daunt, the Tongue-Eater of Savareen, and these are my associates. If you recognise the name or the sobriquet, my sympathies and allegiances need not be explained further. I've worked on commission for the local syndicate via Vandil but since you're here I expect changes to happen soon. I've come to ask if you want me to get involved in the transition."

"Jurdak Surt, assassin for hire. I'm with him." He said nodding to Daunt. He figured he didnt have much more to add to the conversation at this moment.

Dak frowned but said nothing for the time being.

"If this is you go to man for such things and you are unwilling to share anything else on the transition, then no." Daunt decided not to push it. "Can we speak with this Wall now?"

She stepped aside and said, "Join us, brother."

Jabber's ears prick at the mention of the Wall.

Looks like someone else is interested in the mark...

Well, if they wanted to stick their noses in, they could split credit. Jabber would be there to come in when the moment was right.

He grins at the dancing Nautolan.

I wonder where Ven is though...
