"They wouldn't take her, she's useless to them now," Jenna commented, witnessing this piece of Aznuri justice.. like the force it was a mystery to her but the significance held beyond that boundary even to her.

"Don't think there's much harm in letting her walk back, wherever back is," she shrugged.

[Qareme Torth]

"No."

Qareme shook her head, and looked to the woman.

"You wished for redemption, yes? Then we will give you a chance for redemption."

[Verse Aura]

Verse was relieved nobody was getting executed, and then felt strangely guilty as the Aznuri spoke about how this was supposedly worse than death. She didn't think that was true, but it mattered that they *believed* it to be true, at least. And then came...'freedom'? Well, not quite no, as Qareme said and Verse nodded to.

[Dapper Dog]

"No."

Qareme shook her head, and looked to the woman.

"You wished for redemption, yes? Then we will give you a chance for redemption."

"I see no reason not to earn my way," she said sliding the blade back into place.

[Vaya Mer'darrow]

Vaya had done her best not to look away from the whole ceremony, feeling the same conflicted sense of responsibility as she had about the Hbande attack on the Chaldi. So much of this had nothing to do with her, but it was all interconnected. Should she have said anything, when she thought about the Mark? Would the Anzuri be better off if she hadn't? Would Tirali? Would Sinnya? Would she?

She watched Tirali closely, all senses intent on her, trying to decide how far she can be trusted. Does she consider herself a dead woman walking? Is she too in shock for even her to really know what she intends right now?

"If you do right by us," said Vaya, testing the waters, "we'll take care of you. Take you off-planet, if that's what you want."

ooc: I forget what, if anything, is "sense motive" in FFG. Discipline resists Deception, in which case it should go against someone else's skill instead of my 1g, but if she's not trying to play us, just being hard to read... Perception? Cool?

The verdict handed down, Ru'ni glanced around and spotted Jintru among the fallen. He would not lose sleep over the traitor's death, but Qareme's words did spark some thoughts in him.

Despite his connection, he could not locate the Temple, or even a general idea. Someone obviously didn't want this thing to be found through the Force, but the fact something so big could be obscured so completely.

Well no one would do that for no good reason, right?

Even with the Light it is obscured, perhaps purposefully. But he he can feel the direction coming from the sky but an exact point... no.

Qareme seemed to be unable to get a read on the woman.

Not getting any clear sign from the others, Vaya's mouth pulled tight. "So what do you say? Will you tell us what you know, and if it checks out, you can go somewhere else?"
