How much keeps a remote artic base well lit through the interim?

Well...we have plenty of water, and we are kinda building boil tanks...maybe stealing or smuggling food/easily fermentable goods is a better play.

Maybe the rolling hills to secure food supplies?

When she turned, did the 13th make known to the PCs what the imperial plan was/is wrt the Calm? If it's worth a scene happy to have one!

I was looking at a talent on my tree:
Know-it-all (20xp): Once per session, the character may, as if he had spent a Destiny Point, perfectly recall one important fact he previously learned. If the character’s controlling player does not remember the specifics of the fact the player wishes to have the character recall, the Game Master should remind him of the relevant facts (provided the character has actually encountered the information).
I had conflated it in my head with a different-but-similar talent:
Careful Planning: Once per session, may introduce a “fact” into the narrative as if a Destiny Point had been spent.
Given searchable forums, I'm struggling to figure out when recalling something I've already learned would be useful (I'm also confused because I can't recall as a GM ever penalizing a PC for player memory problems...).

If I take Know-it-all as written, how do you think it could see use? Could I use it more like "Careful Planning," but with an understanding that it would be for "things I know" rather than other retroactive changes(like Heist flashbacks)? For example, when we needed a clinic to make a Ghoul cure, I could've used it to say "Oh, I know a place."
