Commander Poule helped him up, "It's okay, I am not here to get you in trouble just making sure you're okay."

"Oh yes, yes I'm fine. Please don't bother yourself your Imperialness!"

Jabber lets out a small shriek, keeping the act up.

"Look at the mess I made! I have to clean this up right away!" Jabber begins scuttling about, doing his best to appear the mild mannered and genial, if incompetent, employee.

[Dapper Dog]

"It's okay sir, just clean it up," he stood and got back to it moving on to keep a lookout for the real threats.

[Bowze Coppa]

Bowze was nervous but now the way was clear thanks to the large zabrak and Jabber's diversion. Quickly he plugged his datapad into the museum's system from an exposed entry point.

Commander Poule sent an alert to his team, "Vault has been opened, Teams Besh and Shen converge now. I am on my way."

Whistling to himself, Jabber kicks over a container of floor wax, taking a moment to walk back the way he came with the cart.

Daunt began a wild race toward the Vault, parkouring amid and above various obstacles of less precious items until he faced... A blast door that had failed to open fully, likely because of a hydraulic problem. A Jawa could fit in the small opening, but him...

So now you give me orders, kriffing lizard. I remember your attitude but it it is neither now nor here.

Amid the noise of blaring sirens, he looked frenetically for a way in, but instead he noticed something else...

He sees a Dathomir relic that might be of interest to Juri, it's not a Force relic but it has cultural value.

"I need more time to get in. Door failure. Halt the clankers." Daunt said to the comm as he grabbed the relic and proceeded to trying to force the door open.

In a moment that was poetic in its mediocrity, Djanik interfered in the capture attempt.

A lot of noise would be the first clue, an officer directing troops left and right, without giving them time to comply, often in conflicting ways. Orders were given to contact high command, the dictator, the governor, the post office, and the janitor, and then to not contact anyone, actually.

Also, set up a perimeter, but move every available trooper to the vault, no, actually the exits.

By the time the befuddled troopers would regain their chain of command, the blustering loudmouth officer would be gone, and hopefully, the rest of the team with him.

With the additional time, Daunt finally forced the door open just enough to get past and grab the prizes, in addition to the relic he had taken for himself. Once they were safely in his keeping, he whispered to the comms.

"Time for extraction."

Jax, having slipped out when Jabber made a most wonderful distraction for her, made her way back through the Museum toward an extraction point, aiming to meet up with the others on the way out. Needing, more than anything, to lay her eyes on the prize they were taking.

[Bowze Coppa]

Bowze made his way out, watching over his shoulder for Jabber and Djanik

Jabber joins them quickly.

"Did we get the haul?"

[Bowze Coppa]

"Yes" Bowze replied with a smile "And I found something great for us"

He moved to take the case labeled V-1

[Daunt]

There was a Zabrak between him and the crate. "You didn't want to cooperate with me. And then I heard you giving orders to me. Care to explain this attitude, to someone who may not be as sophisticated but can easily choke you?"

[Jenna Karath]

"Settle down," Jenna said, coming up on the altercation, and bringing attention to the blaster, "I might not be willing to shoot you but I can make enough of a racket that we all go down with the Empire."

"Let it all go," she directed at the Zabrak, "and step back, after that comment you just lost your carrying privilege. We're all walking out of here together, and turning it in together, but you lost that privilege."

[Djanik]

Djanik had exited in a different direction, leading the imperials to secure the parking pads for the VIP speeders, before escaping down an elevator while they were setting up a perimeter.

Sadly, he couldn't see or comment on this situation.

If he could, he'd have been very disappointed.

There is a small whine of a blaster power pack at charge.

"Together"

The word is spoken in heavily accented Basic. Jabber nods to Jenna.

"You have a greivance, I'm ready to hear it. But how about LATER?" Jabber gestures to the escape route.

[Dapper Dog]

Djanik had exited in a different direction, leading the imperials to secure the parking pads for the VIP speeders, before escaping down an elevator while they were setting up a perimeter.

Sadly, he couldn't see or comment on this situation.

One said, "Are you serious Beck? He's working for the rebels?"

She responded, "I talked to him... I don't understand it. He said he was loyal to the Republic, Republic is gone. Times change."

He shrugged and said, "Well, people change I guess."

[Djanik]

Pulling his cap down, he didn't make eye contact, didn't speak, didn't draw attention.

It hurt - to walk by a friend and comrade in arms, saying nothing.

They could have been... something.

But that was then.

In the now, Djanik continued the walk of a man on assignment, with a place to be.

Away into that sweaty, foul Rygorian night.

Bowze was taken aback by the sudden aggressive demeanor, especially since the job was not yet over.

"I am sorry but I am unsure of what you are talking about." He raised an eyebrow "If you have a problem with me, is this the time and place for it?"

[Daunt]

"This is precisely the time and place. Explain yourself and the box is yours. I care not for its content, but I will not brook disrespect like the one you have shown earlier to my honest approach. And there was no please when you asked me to pick it up."

He looked at the redhead and her blaster unimpressed.

"And you are who exactly? I lost count on the number of people who aspire to be my boss in this situation."
