[Day 7 LM] Getting A Head

[Jabber]

An Aurore-class that could (politely) be called a flying scrap heat begins broadcasting a hail long before its arrival. The words Jolly Rodger are etched on the side in a bit of cramped scrawled paint, below a more stately TBD.

"This is your friendly neighborhood gun-jawa here, looking to express his admiration and well wishes to Lady Vandil. Please respond with instructions to proceed."

[Dapper Dog]

The response gives them authority to land.

[Jabber]

"Well, here we go..."

Jabber turns his hooded head as he looks back at the others. He is sitting on a boxe to reach the control sticks.

"Last chance for second thoughts about this."

The Jawa starts to bring the ship in for a landing.

[Venator Praedae]

"No worries dere pardner. Vandil may have de higher boundy bud as a previous cliend, I'm giv'n her firsd dibs." Venator states exactly where he stands on the issue.

[Jurdak Surt]

Dak was decked in his new armor, even if this wasnt an op he wasnt taking any chances.

"Well, as they say go with the devil you know right? I dont trust Vandil further than I can throw her but I certainly trust the disciple less." He said making a last equipment check.

[Venator Praedae]

Venator looks over to Jurdak. "Ya rock'n some new gear I see. Look'n good." The Mandalorian himself is wearing new armour from before.

[Jabber]

"Yeah, that's my logic too. I think we would be idiots to trust Vandil...but for better or worse, this Disciple knows I have been working for Vandil. My choices are bending the knee to someone I know nothing about, being shot for being a suspected supporter, or killing that sleemo before she gets the chance to do it for me."

Jabber vaults his way out of the cockpit.

"I highly doubt we are the only ones, but you guys were the first to say hello. I have a feeling that this Disciple is going to find that Bankor bites back"

Jabber makes his way down the landing platform to greet Vandil's guards.

[Dapper Dog]

The guards receive them once they have finished landing with a protocol droid standing just behind them.

The droid said, "Greetings from Vandil, her magnificence regrets she cannot meet with you personally but I C4-T6 will gladly treat with you. You are here about the bounty of course?"

[Jabber]

"That's what I heard about. 15K is nothing to sneeze at. Now, I know "her magnificence" is the kind of mom who likes the kids to figure out things on their own, but does she have any leads?"

[Dapper Dog]

The droid took a moment to process the colloquialisms and then said, "Why yes, her magnificence has reason to believe that the Disciple has laid claim to a structure in the undercity of Rygor, it will most likely be well fortified with some of their best soldiers and killers. We can relay the position to you, tentative position."

[Jabber]

Jabber nods. "That would be lovely, thank you."

[Dapper Dog]

"Proof of the kill will be needed for the payout, thank you for your time now her Magnificence would like for you to depart with haste," the droid responded.

[Jabber]

"This is one of the more polite ways she's told me to kriff off." Jabber chuckles. "But 15 K for proof of death?"

[Dapper Dog]

The droid responded, "A severed head should suffice."

[Venator Praedae]

[Dapper Dog]

[Jabber]

"Alright, alright, I get the message." Jabber heads back to the ship

Venator hurries along as well, making note of the interaction.
