The CIS are another resistance group... or something it is unclear what they are but rumors are they are some kind of Confederacy remnants led by a General, they don't have a base locally but do a lot of work with underworld types. Jabber is definitely running with them.

Seems like the little Jawa has been getting his fingers into all sorts of trouble. After seeing that wanted poster for Jabber, Venator wonders if the Jawa may have bounties on him from other sources. The others as well. He may have to change his targets depending on the situation.
