Could I use 2 Triumphs to make Gang Leader's alerting be considered a false alarm? Like speaking the right codeword for 'only exercises' into his open comm.

How about frying all communications and/or electricity in the building, or seal off most of the goons who could run to the rescue of the Disciple behind blast doors by frying some key control pad?

You can fry the door possibly to open it, not the whole building thereby bypassing needing to open it.

Since this is probably my only double triumph this game I wouldn't like to sell it short. Can it fry something to prevent any lock down blocking our passage to the Disciple if I get it right? If not, maybe others have better ideas how to use it.

You are not bypassing the adventure with a double triumph, you are bypassing a whole skill check to get inside I think that's quite good.

You are getting an effect that has nothing do with attacking the guy that is also helping the whole team, that seems quite good.
