Daunt's attack slashed the leader, but the other blade of his sabre also fried a panel on the wall just behind him.

The door slid aside partially with a hiss, revealing a lit corridor beyond.

OOC: No need to open the door, but the Vigilance or Perception check at 2 red and a purple still remains.

Djanik slid into cover against the wall, a large pipe covering most of his body, and leveled the Last Word at the gang of thugs, letting rip a volley of blasts. (Maneuver into cover)

His rate of fire was impressive, but sadly his accuracy was not.

Still, it made them panic, dropping their weapons as they scrambled for cover amid the surprisingly wicked sounding blasts of his gun.

At least he felt like he was getting used to the gun.

(Missed because reasons, 3+1(superior quality)=4 advantage, 1 triumph - 3 to disarm goons, 1 advantage to give boost to next ally, triumph to upgrade next roll Djanik makes)

The gangster looked at Daunt and wanted none of that life so he rushed away firing wildly at Dak the shots go wide but one catches the wepaon just right damaging it.

OOC: Missed but Advantage for boost to next ally and Triumph to damage Dak's weapon, it now gives a setback! Moved to Short of Daunt!

No one shoots my gun! Dak thought angrily taking aim at the fleeing gangster he fired off a bolt which connects true causing a lot of damage.

Djanik hurried to the side of the fallen Jawa, pulling out a stim and, not really knowing Jawa physiology, plunged it into the little robed arm.

Better that than risk hitting him in the eye or something.

"Hang in there, little guy," Dove said as she moved over to Jabber. Taking out her two spare stims, she gave one to Jabber to help with the one he just got from Djanik. "How you feelin'? Because this ride ain't got a reverse right now."

"You're gonna need this, Flyboy," she said as she passed the other spare stim to Djanik.

Dak noted the the injured were being taken care of and looked about for anything valuable the gang leader or goons might have had on them. Since his gun was damaged it would do to have a back up incase something bad happens.

Daunt concentrated on what could come through the door, not dousing his lightsabre that combat-wise worked like a zhaboka on steroids.

She cast a look at the lightsaber for a moment, then helped the Jawa to his feet.

Once Jabber was up again, Dove and her short companion took a look around, surveying their situation and the path ahead...

The group apparently sees nothing wrong but Jabber and Dove let them know to stay alert and a good thing too because of the possible explosion that might just take them out.

OOC: The partial entrance beckons, due to the result, Dove or Jabber gain a boost die while the rest of the team have lowered difficulty on the check. This makes the Resilience or Coordination check now Average, if they fail they suffer 12 wounds Pierce 2 from the trip laser wire at the entrance.

There is Heavy Blaster on the Gang Leader the rest have blaster rifles, mind your encumbrance of course. You can regain strain after the encounter, unless you activated a Force power before the scene as per the House Rules and suffered 2 strain, you cannot regain strain with a breather only with advantage in combat or other means.

Please keep track of Strain and Wounds in posts as this will get rough.

For all his caution, Daunt stepped into the wire. The explosion rocked him hard, but he had some innate talent to avoid the worst of it, covering vital parts.

Well, booby traps were not entirely unexpected. Just apparently not Daunt's forte.

After the shrapnel explosion there is now a hallway marred by debris stuck in the walls that leads to a central control center, there is a central terminal and two doors leading out, one opposite the entrance one to the right, the Basic reads Lobby on the door to the right and the other reads Vault.

There are some playing cards on the powered terminal and the doors are closed.

OOC: Computers check at Daunting or a Perception check at Average with a setback. Flipping Destiny for this roll.

The alarm blaring didn't help much with regaining her cool, but she managed to catch a second wind regardless.

They noticed the trip wire too late. "Sh--- DUCK!" Her words barely got out of her mouth in time to make it less disastreous for everyone, but it seemed too late for most of them. Dove threw herself away, closing her eyes to not let her neural sensors become too overloaded from the explosion, and arms crossed infront of her face and chest to protect her vital areas.

Luckily for her, her gear was made to protect her from this kind of damage, and she avoided any serious injury.
