Verse found her way over to the infirmary, hopefully they could give her a hand. She hadn't even *considered* the pun she was mentally making there, the pain was starting to get to her a little.

[Jedi Master Surro]

Master Surro appeared overlaying her image over a droid and said, "Please sit still while I see what has ailed you."

"You seem to be missing a limb, I have wide selection of mechanical hands."

By wide section she had exactly one kind a fairly basic if articulate but obviously prosthetic limb.

[Zerras Blume]

Zerras' head had cleared a little, but something still felt off. She was focused on Verse and the others, though, wanting to make sure they were treated.

[Verse Aura]

"...yes, very observant Master Surro," she said as she sat down. "Don't suppose you have anything in green, right?"

The idea of an obviously mechanical hand wasn't an enticing one, but she supposed she couldn't exactly be picky under the circumstances.

"Will I be able to feel any sensations in it? Some prosthetics have touch and heat sensitivity and the like, right?"

Petrus had helped carry Verse there, so he was there too, of course.

He leaned heavily against the wall, but he wasn't quite so injured as the others. Instead, he resolved to be a reassuring presence.

Master Surro said, “It will be as seamless as I can manage. But you should be able to feel and touch things as before. You will be relatively fine.”

She then got to work and about thirty minutes later, she completed the work on the prosthetic.

[Verse Aura]

Assuming she didn't have to go under any full anesthesia or anything, Verse would prove pretty chatty during the procedure. Yes, she hurt beyond just the hand. And yes she was tired. They all were. But that didn't mean she could just lay back and do nothing. Which... well technically that was exactly what she was doing. But she could at least talk about the important stuff as the droids and AI did their thing.

"So... I definitely wasn't expecting today to go like this," she ventured early on in the process.

Floats looks over as a droid appears to be covering her in bandaids. Soon she will be more bandage than Nautolan.

"Honestly, I figured if there was a day the dark side was going to attack us....it would probably be trial day, there's a sense of evil dramatic timing that drives folks like that."

[Verse Aura]

"You don't think... you don't think he followed me the other day, right? I mean, I didn't get back up here until way after... but... "

[Zerras Blume]

At a droid's insistence, Zerras sat down to be treated.

When it was all done, Petrus breathed a little easier, anyway, although he was still a bit pale.

"Yeah." He sighed. "I guess it sorta makes sense that we'd have our trials, and then something like this." He gazed off into the middle distance. "Maybe it made a difference. But maybe not. I don't know."

[Verse Aura]

Verse gave two thumbs up to his earlier comment. At least, when she was able to, with her new mechano-thumb attachment. Now that she at least had basic functionality back, any thoughts of being upset about the loss seemed pretty pointless. It was what it was, and Verse was never one to dwell much on stuff. Well, except with those rare things she got obsessed about; but this wasn't that.

"Hey," she said, "At least this means we're really knights now. Trials are just trials, this was real. And we faced it like Jedi. All of us together."

There was a pause.

"I mean, except for the others I guess. Where were they even?!"

It was obvious that that last part was just something she was pretending to be upset about, in order to break the gloomy mood.

[Petrus Karath]

Petrus smiled. "Here and there. I know Xanna's looking to get this place better supplied. It needs to be if there's gonna be real training here."

His smile grew. "And we did face it like Jedi. Knights and Padawans alike. Zeras and Liua did great, too." His lips quirked. "And I dunno, I don't feel like a knight yet. Maybe I will tomorrow."

[Zerras Blume]

"After a knight's rest?" Zerras grinned.

[Petrus Karath]

Petrus half-laughed, half-groaned. "It's a good thing we're in a med-bay." Petrus said, flashing Zerras a grin. "Because that joke just about killed me."

"My master was the worst with jokes." she giggled. ""He claimed that puns were a necessity of life."

[Petrus Karath]

Petrus smiled. "Mine was more into dry humor. I think he found me a little... trying, at times. But he was very patient." Normally, when Petrus talked about his master, there was a hint of regret. Not now.

He crossed his arms, leaning casually against the way. "Who was your master? Mine was Kiv Donos." An older Cerean, if the name was recognized.

"Dungann Wallace." she smiled warmly. "He was from Coruscant, like me. He was also a healer, which I definitely am not."

She looked down at her bandages, scratching around them carefully."
