[D8 EA] Checking In

[Jurdak Surt]

Dak flew out to the new mandalorian enclave or camp or whatever they wanted to call it. She had given him the coordinates and he didnt have any plans until later in the evening so he decided hed go check in on his friend.

He parked the ship some distance away and trekked to the mandalorian camp sending word ahead that he was on his way.

[Sacha Ordo]

Sacha met him just outside the camp, looking tired already from her posture. She waved as she saw him. "Hey... How's it going?"

Dak gave her a somewhat weary smile in return showing a tiredness of his own though not necessarily a physical one.

"Hey there Sacha. How are things going out here?"

[Sacha Ordo]

"Tiring. A little while ago, an agent from the Resistance showed up... They wanted to convince the enclave to put their strength toward the Resistance," she replied, stretching her neck.

Dak raised an eyebrow "and how did that go?" He asked neutrally.

[Sacha Ordo]

"It took some talking on my part, but they agreed," she replied.

[Jurdak Surt]

Dak smiled "That's good news, I've been hoping to work more closely with you." He finished the smile shifting to a suggestive grin.

She scoffed jokingly. "I know your game. You just want to get into my helmet."

[Jurdak Surt]

"You've already made it exceedingly clear that under your helmet is off limits Ms. Ordo, but I wouldnt mind seeing what's under that armor though." He said with a chuckle.

"May I see your new home?" He asked tilting his head to the side.

[Sacha Ordo]

She considered the question, then nodded. She turned toward the Camp and led him in. "You did help us, after all, even if it was just for my sake."

Dak put a hand on her shoulder as they entered and smiled "Thank you, I'm honored."

She nodded, patting his hand. Then she looked around as they stepped into the Camp proper. "I think it's a beautiful site, honestly."

Dak looked around as well enjoying the natural beauty of nature reclaiming a site once dominated by sentients. It was interesting seeing the mandalorians taking up shelter in such places moving into old abandoned places and the like.

"You all could certainly do worse I imagine." He says while looking around

[Sacha Ordo]

She nodded, making a dissatisfied humming noise. "We could do better, too. There's so much to do," she sighed. "The Empire holds Manda'yaim... Mandalore. I'm tired of us having to live like this. We should be able to go home."

Dak reestablished contact with her shoulder "Hey one step at a time, you convinced your people to fight the Empire here, once we beat them here we join up with other planets trying to do the same thing. Your people and the resistance share a goal, no reason we cant work together for the foreseeable future. Then once the Empire is gone you can get your planet back." Dak said reassuringly. Had this been a few weeks ago he would have snarked about the irony of the situation but they had moved past that.

[Sacha Ordo]

"The people here only promised to work with the Resistance here," she replied with a shake of her head. "I'll be leaving soon. See if I can talk Bo-Katan into seeing my perspective on this. If not... There are other ways to get my people to listen. I mean getting them to give my words weight, not like forceful conscription. I've become a full Armorer, so that will help."

Dak nodded "huh, sounds like you'll be a busy girl after you leave here. Think you'll have time to write me after we leave Bankor Resistance Summer Camp?" He says with a chuckle.

A woman stormed into the camp and once she spotted Sacha she made a beeline saying, “You gutter born schutta, you had better keep your hands and your face away from my man! He’s mine!”

Sacha turned toward the voice yelling. She stared in blank confusion for a few moments, at a loss about this mysterious woman walking into her home and insulting her without explanation. "Who the kriff are you? What the kriff are you talking about?" She looked at Dak. "Does this belong to you?"

"Who the kriff am I?" she snarled.

"Who the kriff are you sniffing around Daunt, he's mine, and only mine! I only belong to him and he belongs to me and I won't let some Mandalorian schutta come between us!"

[Sacha Ordo]

"Ohhhhhh," Sacha said knowing, nodding. She sounded uncharacteristically cheerful, which was... probably not good. "You're the girl. Great. Fantastic." She felt no particular need to explain whatever crazy girl had seen.

"This is my home. Get out or be removed."

Dak raised his hands defensively "Woah hey Lyla let's just talk about this like civilized folks ladies." He said pleadingly trying to play peacemaker

"Ohhhhhh," Sacha said knowing, nodding. She sounded uncharacteristically cheerful, which was... probably not good. "You're the girl. Great. Fantastic." She felt no particular need to explain whatever crazy girl had seen.

"Make me!" she hissed. "So you admit it, you're nothing more than a two timing schutta, can't get your own so you have to try and steal mine!"

"I knew about the witch, but this... I thought ladies looked out for ladies!"

"No Lyla you're yelling and accusing and name calling. Now have you thought to talk to Daunt about this? After all Sacha has made no oaths or promises to you but Daunt has, if you have issue with anyone it should be him."

[Dapper Dog]

"Oh so this is my fault now?!" she said looking hurt.
