[Day 2 - EM] Floatie Boaties

[The Inquisitor]

There is a terrible crash inside Float’s boat shop and a scream from the rodians and then silence. Once outside she sees the Inquisitor seated at a clear table, the items on it having been thrown aside. He gestured and said, “Floats, you have a lovely shop.”

Three storm troopers in black held weapons at the rodian family and outside she could see four more similarly garbed guarding the door and their transport. The Inquisitor continued, “We need to have a chat.”

At the crash, Floats comes sprinting down the stairs from her loft, armoured in a threadbare pink dressing gown with little boat slippers.

At the sight of gun levelled at her guests, surprise looks like it's quickly turning to anger, her hands balling into fists.

"Gizzy, y'all just stay calm and remember to breathe, we'll get through this."
She makes a point of walking directly between the Rodians and the guns. Ain't nobody gunning down innocent folk in here, this was a place for innocent boat related activities.

"We can have a lil' talk provided you stop pointing guns at these folks, they done nothing wrong, filled out all their forms just right."

And if you're counting correspondence, and I imagine y'all are on account of your thorough nature, then I sent one invoice to Ol'Ashkleigh for his boat work and I got a bank statement from the bank of Jaklu but I don't really have a personal relationship with my banker you see, it's all automated noawadays and it takes some of the heart out of things."

She looks the Inquisitor dead in the mask

Then the Nautolan turns and SPRINTS for the window, grabbing the entire Rodian family in a bear hug and launching herself through the pane to the waters...and her boat below.

They fire at her but then someone else drops down into the boat, the strange armored man and he says to her through the helmet, "Drive, Jedi drive!"

He clicks a grenade and tosses it back at the shop... and there is a bright flash and the shooting stops.

And she guns both engines on the Floation Device as the small craft rockets off into the sea, one padawan, two children, one concerned mom, and a strange armoured guy in tow.

If armoured man obliges, he will get a very enthusiastic high-five.

Her hands clench on the steering wheel for a while before relaxing
"But they didn't see you coming, nor did they reckon I was gonna jump out the window. Nobody ever suspects the windows."

"I do! I got a little cabin out on one of the islands, it ain't on any map so the empire won't even know it's there to look for it. We get you guys there, get you safe. Get some food into yah, then when things calm down we smuggle you back to the mainland with new identities and set you up with a job in Rygor"

She looks to Keeli for confirmation of the good plan?
