[Day 4 - EM] Obligation is a Wound (open)

It had been weeks since Ela had last seen the Scrap King. And she did owe him, technically. Using the coordinates she had been given before everyone had scattered, she landed the ship outside the area, making sure to lock it down before heading into the caverns.

[Dapper Dog]

The guards and people nod at her, they knew of the woman and knew enough that she was in the employ of the King.

[Elaranu]

Her stuff left on the ship, she arrived in the area they had lead her to and nodded at the guards, letting them know she was here to see him.

The King did not look pleased as two of his guards’ drug off some unfortunate togruta. There was a blood streak left behind as he forced a smile and said, “My friend, you see how the Empire has me living now? Like womprat in the caves? Everything so good and then some malakas has to come along and ruin it?”

“All them bribes and for what? They are costing me money so now I have to kill some people, do I like killing the people, no, but this is what you must do to earn the respect, yes?”

[Elaranu]

Ela nodded, giving her usual bow to the man, a bit deeper than it was for some.

"These are tough times indeed. They have your kingdom pretty locked down, more so than I would have thought. To bring so many troops here... they must want something very bad, if the inquisitor being here did not already give that away."

She took a seat in front of him, legs tucked under her in her flight jumpsuit, "I came to ask what I can do for you; I have been flying around and working on my equipment, but it feels like there must be something more I can do for you and your people. Even if I cannot get you back your home."

Truthfully, part of the reason Ela had been out and about had been because she actually kind of sympathized with the Imperials; Having the Graveyard under official government jurisdiction was actually a better idea to her than being patrolled by vigilantes, even if they were decent enough people.

[Dapper Dog]

He cleaned his bloody knuckles and said, "Find the malakas Mandalorian that sold us out and bring me their name. I know they have a camp near Jaklu."

[Elaranu]

Her eyebrows went up, "Any more information than that? I... have run in to a surprising amount of those armored oddities in my traveling around the planet."

[Dapper Dog]

"I wish I knew more, he works as a bounty hunter, yes?" the King spat.

[Elaranu]

"Mandalorian bounty hunter... well, that is something. I am not much for information gathering or blending in with the underworld, but I will keep my ears and my eyes open. That much I can promise."

[Dapper Dog]

“You simply find that malakas give me a name and my people handle the rest, yes?” he said with a wicked grin.

[Elaranu]

She chuckled slightly, "I will try my best. I'm not bad with a blaster though, if that's what you want; Stun or no stun as needed."

[Dapper Dog]

"If you want to do it yourself, same, same," he responded.

[Elaranu]

"I will keep it in mind. Either way I will get in touch with you. Hopefully they have not skipped the planet or such."

"I hope not, a bit of vengeance would give this face a grand smile," he said with a dark laugh.

[Elaranu]

She smiled as well, almost a half grin, "Well, you do have quite the smile boss. Anyways, if that is it, I should probably make my way to Rygor here; That is where most information seems to end up around here."

[Dapper Dog]

'Pick me up some stout while you're there," he asked.

[Elaranu]

"Will do."

Saluting, she turned to leave; A lot to do, and there was a sense of urgency to make sure information didn't fade away and escape her.
