There's the actual Flame Projector-weapon in AoR and EotE.

Flame projectors are popular partially because of their wide and indiscriminate cone of fire, able to catch several individuals in a gout of flame. When triggering the weapon's Burn quality, the user may choose to apply it to any one target hit by the attack; this quality may be triggered multiple times, affecting a different target each time. However, the GM can spend 2 Threats or Despair to apply the weapon's Burn quality to an ally hit by the original attack.

No Disintigrations has the "Firecaller" Light Flame Projector, but it's a Restricted item and thus not available in standard character creation.

I can't find any specific Flamethrower-attachments. Most of them seem to be weapons, but you could mount them like Xanna suggested.

Yeah. Fire caller plus the wrist mounted attachment in Dangerous Covenants would be the best way to make that

There are incendiary grenades. And grenade launchers that use them. Also in Dangerous Covenants.
